I meditate by listening to an album an entirety while focusing on the sonic elements and moods

So, Ive been spending a lot of time doing research on Buddhism & meditation. Thanks to Psybient music, Ive used the music for (sober) lucid visual meditation for the last 4 years with good results. The music has placed my mind in a trance state, that allows me to function even under lots of stress very effectively. Just curious as to how many of you that do meditate? And what are your favorite albums to meditate to?

That's a good question. I'm wondering the same for even on alcohol or going sober and just doing visual meditation. I started out listening to psybient music to meditate to. I could definitely get into the groove and feel as if I'm on a spiritual voyage.

Just curious as to how many of you use this genre to expand your mindset while stoned (name type of substance if possible) or do you use the music as a form of sonic therapy. Or both? I see lots of people posting comments on YouTube videos about it increasing their listening experience while smoking ganja.

I listened to his latest album and was blown away! Androcell is another producer that I can get into.

I actually like the Rasta references. The music is a continuation of dub music, which is part of Rasta culture. I use the music as forefathers like Lee Perry, & King Tubby as music to smoke and meditate to.
