Artist: ASC Album: Imagine The Future Type: Album Style tags: Ambient, Downtempo, Cinematic Media type: CD/LP/DIGITAL Year: 2015 Label: Samurai Red Seal Catalog ID: SMGRSLP02 Length: 01:01:46 Official url: https://samuraimusic.bandcamp.com/album/imagine-the-future After a streak of beatless ambient albums, ASC returns to the frontiers of sci-fi electronica with a breathtaking LP. I dare say that "Imagine The Future" finds him in top shape, assimilating the lush ambient elements he explored in his previous LPs for Silent Season into deep & intricate rhytmic structures. The result is a futuristic journey that grabs you from the first moments, peaking at some dark & intense passages before finally releasing you to the mysteries of the future itself. This is without a doubt my favorite album of 2015 and a great inspiration to my own endeavors as well.
